3 Foundation Blocks of a

Healthy Student

If you are reading this site then you probably already know that University is a daunting task filled with mental, emotional and financial stresses. Through my experiences as a student I have discovered three aspects of life that seem to be the foundations of remaining sane in student life.

 

 School comes first

This should be a no-brainer... You're spending more money than you actually have to, in order to get this education, so you should be ensuring that you get the most out of it. You are going to University to be competitive in the workforce and to learn about subjects you like. If you don't spend the time studying or figuring out how to properly apply yourself, you will not be competitive and you will not learn as much. Section 2: Maintain a 4.0 GPA shows some of the tips and tricks that I have learned on how to study and maintain the highest possible GPA that YOU can achieve!

 

Maintain and improve your health

If your body is not at it's peak, your brain will not function to it's peak either.  The first stage to improving your health is feeding your body with the right foods. Without the right diet, any other means to improve your health are going to be held back. The second step which should be done along with a proper diet, is to exercise. I find that a heavy workout is great means to rid yourself of stress. Studies have also shown that people who exercise are better able to deal with stress.

 

Maintain your finances

Personally other than having three exams in one day, the only thing that puts more stress on me is trying to deal with financial issues. It is hard to study when you are trying to figure out if you can pay your rent, food bill, tuition, etc. This site will give you some ideas that will help augment your income and save money. My website will show you how make a website that makes money for you WHILE YOU STUDY! Depending on the content of your site you may be able to pull in a hefty sum.
